From Technical Brief to Finished Fabric
Fabric development at the mill starts with the technical details supplied for a particular programme: fibre composition, construction, weight, shade, finish and intended use. Those specifications guide the selection of yarns, loom settings and processing route before bulk production begins. This approach allows the team to handle familiar commercial qualities alongside new constructions created for seasonal collections, uniforms and home-textile ranges, while keeping sampling and production decisions connected from the first discussion onward.

- Our Production Process
From Fabric Development to Final Delivery
01. Order and Sample Review
Work begins by matching the purchase order with the approved sample, shade reference and construction details. Required quantities, yarn plan, width, weight, finish and packing instructions are checked together before the production schedule is released.
02. Fabric Formation and Processing
Yarn preparation is followed by weaving or knitting according to the agreed construction. The fabric then moves through the processing route selected for the order, which may include pre-treatment, dyeing, printing or finishing.
03. Batch Review and Final Inspection
Inspection findings are recorded against the batch as production moves forward, and material requiring attention is separated before packing begins. Finished fabric is reviewed against the approved standard and released after the relevant checks have been completed.
04. Packing and Dispatch
Approved rolls are measured, identified and packed according to the buyer’s instructions. Shipping documents and delivery arrangements are prepared for the destination, with roll and batch information kept aligned with the dispatched order.
